Men only – sons and grandsons! Oh, and friends.
They had so much fun, they all decided to make this an annual thing!
A couple of weeks has past and this month like so many others is flying right by. Weather has been up and down – some warm days, some cool days. Buds are starting to show up on the trees and I even saw a few forsythia bushes in bloom.
Looking back at my pictures – I did find one worthy of posting! Looks yummy, doesn’t it?
Bruce has been away for an ATV weekend with his sons and grandsons. He should have some pictures, so stay tuned! You wouldn’t want to miss those!!
No April Fool’s Day joke, we actually had snow.
When we were grocery shopping, I spotted a huge cabbage. What do you make with cabbage? Cabbage rolls of course!
A little help from Bruce. He cut the leaves off and avoided getting scalded.
That’s me, rolling the cabbage. Over the years I’ve honed my skill. I think I now make a pretty tasty cabbage roll.
Just have to cover the pans and pop them into the oven.
The wait is on. And I can report that they were delicious. Of course two pans were frozen for a later day.
The last of the railroad in town. Such a shame.
