Great day for a bike ride. We had plans for grilling later in the afternoon, so we started out just before lunch. Only put 85 miles on the bike, but the ride was perfect. I think there were more motorcycles and bikes on the road than cars. Everyone was out. Last hurrah, I guess.
Not much activity - everyone has gone home for the weekend. So much to do before they finish for this year, so little time!

Waiting to be loaded up. Weeds are growing up all around. I think the work crew will be wrapping up their project until spring. Still lots to do.
At this rate, removing these tracks will take forever. Still sad to see the train gone.
And fall is just around the corner – this morning heading into the grocery store. Did we buy a pumpkin? No – just took some pictures.
Bruce went out for his morning walk yesterday with little camera in hand – snapped these pictures. Sad to see it all go! What a major undertaking.
