This is the neighbor’s kitty!  Soon they will be moving away and will be taking him with them.  I bet he’s going to miss us!

My Father’s Day Pictures.  Boy is it hot, yesterday the temp hit 105F and right at this very moment, it’s over 100F.  I can’t take the heat, so I don’t venture out.

Happy Father’s Day

To all the dads out there.  We’re heading to a FD cookout at Bruce’s son’s home.  It’s a hot day, I’m hoping that I don’t melt! 

We are already past mid June and I have some pictures to share . . .

A recipe I found on Pinterest.  It was really, really good!  It is pasta in garlic gravy with cherry tomatoes tossed in at the end – after cooking.  YUM!

Bruce finally got the bike running – it needed a new battery.  This was a great day for a bike ride.

And the best day, we met our friend from Calgary who was visiting her family in Montreal.  No, we didn’t drive to Montreal – she and her friend were visiting relatives in Ottawa.  We met for lunch at East Side Mario's.  She’s a great lady and we don’t get to see her that often.
