it seems every time we turn around, the town is cutting down another tree. This one was huge!
We’ve also been busy making ‘stuff.’ This pie was OK, but we won’t make it again. We saw the dish on Eat St. – it has ham, soft boiled eggs and cheddar cheese inside. Very, very filling.
When we were in Massachusetts, I found the ravioli attachment for my stand mixer at Kittredge. I had been trying to find this on the internet without any luck.
We made spinach and plain pasta ravioli with chicken, ricotta and parmesan cheese for the filling. So good.
The sides of the ravioli came up a little short so I viewed a video on YouTube – saw there what I did wrong. Next time . . .
