It's the Weekend . . .

Our Alberta steaks last night were tasty - thanks Rob. It's another warmer day - so we're going to barbecue outside again! This time pork chops.

While we were waiting for our steaks to grill last night, I noticed a couple of little boys on our front lawn throwing wads of dirt at each other. Bruce went to the front door and asked them where they lived - I think they live a few houses away from us. Anyway - Bruce asked them politely to play in their own yards. I think they were startled that someone actually had opened the front door to address them. These are the same boys that wait for the school bus during the week! So far, they and their older buddies have pulled the electrical cord on the house, knocked off our forest faces that were on the trees in the front yard and broken the bottom limb on our pine tree. I'm sure they will be telling their friends on Monday about the man that lives in the house on the corner!!!!
