A Virus Attacking Tomorrow?

I uninstalled and reinstalled my virus software. For whatever reason, although I've paid for a full year of protection, every time I install the program, it says it is the 'trial version' - expiring in 20 days. It's as good as the paid version, so I guess I'll live with it for now. I'm tired of emailing the company about my problem. No matter what instructions they give me, nothing has worked.
