Back to the Start!

Finally I'm organized and ready to upload some pictures. Our first two days of traveling were uneventful. We stopped first in Medina, Ohio - then in Collinsville, Illinois, just outside of St. Louis. I previously posted some pictures of the Arch - but I have a few more that I think are pretty neat!

This is our first view of the Arch! The others were taken as we wandered around the grounds.































The next night, we stayed in a little motel that I read about on the internet. The poster said it was clean and cheap! It's called the Desert Hills Motel and it's located on the old Route 66. That alone was enough to get my attention. He even recommended a place for dinner - Tally's Cafe. I will upload pictures of the motel and restaurant tomorrow.
