Baby It's Cold Outside . . .

Bruce was off this morning to get a new thermostat for the furnace. For whatever reason, the old one wasn't working properly - at least we think it's the thermostat. With our vacation just around the corner, we need to make sure nothing quits while we are gone. One January, we came home to a freezing house. Everything in the fridge had frozen, even the water in the toilet had turned to ice and all my plants were dead.
