Last week I saw a neat recipe on the Food Network for cannelloni. So I decided to try it. I found my wooden board and pasta maker, then set it up. When I made paste before, I mixed it by hand, but this recipe said to use a blender. First mistake, dough came out of the blender all sticky. Trying to put it through the pasta maker was a chore. I finally added a lot more flour - it then seemed to work better. I made two pans of cannelloni - they looked awesome coming out of the oven and tasted even better. I'll give myself a B+.
When I called my sister yesterday - I used Yahoo's PC to phone - it cost one cent a minute to call Massachusetts from Canada. Ten Dollars lasts me forever.
